Applying for support is straightforward.

Our process is designed to be accessible and transparent:

Take the quick eligibility quiz to see if you meet the criteria.
Read the guidance carefully.
Complete and submit the student online application form, and request for your parent/guardian to complete the parent/guardian online application form.

Eligibility Quiz

Not sure if you qualify? Try our short eligibility quiz. It will help you decide whether applying is right for you.

You have to have Jewish parents, a Jewish mother or evidence of conversion by a Rabbinic authority. You will be asked to provide proof.
Foreign study is not funded, except if it is part of a UK course.
It may be a degree or diploma, but must be from a recognised institution.
The cut-off date is from the start date of the proposed course of study, not at the date of your application.
We do not provide funding for international students.
Finnart scholarships are means tested. Usually the family income will be below the national average and there may be several dependents. You will be required to provide information on your family income and savings.

Once you have completed the eligibility quiz and you have confirmed that you are eligible to apply for a scholarship, please read the application guidance (student applicant guidance, parent/guardian guidance) and ensure the following two application forms are completed by the deadline on Friday 1st May 2026 for your application to be considered for a scholarship for the forthcoming academic year.
